Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This private viewing room for Oren Fischer’s exhibition HALLEL (hallel.orenfischer.com) is operated by Oren Fischer Studio (“the studio”, “we”). This policy explains what we collect when you contact us through this site, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you enter: your full name, email address, and, if you choose to add them, your phone or WhatsApp number and your message. We also receive the list of works you selected, and the date and time of your inquiry.
To protect the form against automated spam, our server briefly uses a one-way, scrambled code derived from your network address. It cannot be turned back into your address and is used only to limit repeated submissions.
Your selection of works is kept in your own browser so it is not lost while you browse. It stays on your device and is not sent to us until you submit an inquiry.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and send you information about the works you asked about.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
- Only if you tick the box in the form: to send you occasional updates about Oren Fischer’s exhibitions and available works. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it
To run this site and handle inquiries, we use trusted service providers: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivering the inquiry email to the studio) and Supabase (a secure database where the studio keeps its contacts). They process your details only on our behalf. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your message is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our ongoing relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates, by writing to orenfischer@gmail.com.
